For all the effort that has been put in to the information on the host site this year, you'd think they could provide a more detailed timetable of the free shuttle service from hotels to the main meeting hotel, don't you? Or are we forced to instead pay far too much in taxi fares, or try to figure out how the public bus system works?

I'm staying in Copacabana, but having walked a fair distance of it already today, it'd be nice to know more about exactly where and when the shuttle service is supposed to leave from here, rather than stating South area (Copacabana, Ipanema, São Conrado): from 7:00am to 7:15am. Are they sending one bus to each hotel? Are they sending one bus between all hotels?

More details please. We already forked over more than enough for taxi fares by arriving a day earlier than the free airport shuttle began.
